About Welford Stores
Welford Stores is an online pet toy shop for dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs, based in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
What we sell
Our catalogue is deliberately small: Dog Toys, Cat Toys and Small Pet Toys, built around a small set of product lines rather than a wide, generic range.
- Encore — a sealed rotation tin. Keep a few toys out and store the rest inside; swapping them weekly is the same "rotate your pet's toys" advice trainers already give, just built into the product.
- Give-Way — puzzle and chew toys with a sprung mechanism that widens as your pet works at it, instead of asking you to pre-set a difficulty level.
- Vault — a sealed scent chamber for catnip and other scented fillings, to keep the scent from fading in a drawer between uses.
How we work
Every product on this site is manufactured to our own design rather than resold from an existing catalogue. Product pages describe materials, dimensions and what's included as plainly as we can, and we say so directly when something is not included (catnip, hay, treats).
No toy is indestructible. Choose a size suitable for your pet, supervise play, and stop using any toy once it is damaged.
What we don't do
We don't use countdown timers, fake sale prices, invented stock-scarcity messaging, or reviews we haven't earned. If something is out of stock, we say so.
